Steven J. Weinberg is the founder of Weinberg & Miceli Office. As a defense attorney for over 30 years, Mr. Weinberg has distinguished himself as a smart, tough trial lawyer who is an effective force in the courtroom.

Mr. Weinberg has won not-guilty verdicts in countless complicated criminal cases, ranging from homicide, sexual assault, complex federal narcotic drug conspiracies, and white-collar fraud.

Mr. Weinberg has successfully defended cases in both state and federal district courts of Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. He has also argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the First District of the Illinois Appellate Court.
